After a trip to my favourite butchers @cottagefarmqualitymeats I came home with some gorgeous thick pork chops and kidneys. Seasoned up with @angusandoink Pigasus and served with some roasted veg from the @polhill.farmshop who doesn’t love roasted radishes. Added a few smoked bratwurst for good measure.

Revisited the rack of ribs tonight. Seasoned with @angusandoink Cherry Crush and cooked to perfection for six hours on the @kamadojoe until they came clean off the bone, served with a homemade special fried rice.
