What’s on the grill?
Tonight I used my @originalcavemanofficial rotisserie for the first time. Super good quality, super quiet and best of all super tasty. I started easy with some jerk chicken wings seasoned with @angusandoink Exodust. Served with a pea mint and potato salad and a pickled pink slaw.

Tonight’s cook once again courtesy of the amazing team @cottagefarmqualitymeats was a gorgeous piece of 28 day aged Rump Steak and lambs kidneys seasoned with @angusandoink Dirty Cow. #davegdesigns #makersgonnamake #bbq #angusandoink #kamadojoe

What’s on the grill?
After another trip to my favourite @cottagefarmqualitymeats I picked up these incredible thick pork chops. Seasoned with @angusandoink Pigasus and grilled on the @kamadojoe until they had some beautiful crackling. Served with a mint pea & potato salad some pesto pasta, edamame beans and a potato salad. All I can say is, I think I’m gonna need a bigger plate 😂 #davegdesigns #makersgonnamake #bbq #angusandoink #cottagefarmqualitymeats

Tonight a couple of racks of pork ribs seasoned to perfection with @angusandoink sweet bones and butts and finished with the @traegergrills apricot bbq sauce. #davegdesigns #makersgonnamake #bbq #angusandoink #kamadojoe

What’s on the grill?
So many favourites when cooking on the @kamadojoe but this is up there as one of the best. Another pork tenderloin such a cheap underrated cut of meat that is absolutely delicious especially when paired with @angusandoink Korean BBQ Sauce. Yeah I know it’s for wings but what can I say I’m a rule breaker 🤣 #davegdesigns #makersgonnamake #bbq #angusandoink #kamadojoe

What’s on the grill?
Today I had some family over and forgot to take pictures so in true crimewatch style I’ve staged a reconstruction using some historic photo’s and stock images but you get the idea. A spatchcock jerk chicken using @angusandoink Exodust first time using this and it tasted incredible. I also made some of my own special fried rice a chipotle slaw and corn cobs seasoned with butter and A&O Cherry Crush, if you’ve never tried it you should realise it’s a match made in heaven. #davegdesigns #makersgonnamake #bbq #angusandoink

What’s on the grill?
After a good result at the @arsenal match today I got back early enough to do one of my favourites a Pork Tenderloin seasoned with @angusandoink Big Phat Greek & finished with @traegergrills Apricot BBQ Sauce. Such an underrated yet inexpensive cut of meat but when It’s cooked well it’s delicious. #davegdesigns #makersgonnamake #bbq #angusandoink
