Had a stab at bbq ribs today rubbed with @angusand

Had a stab at bbq ribs today rubbed with @angusandoink pork bones and butts and the other with pork bones and bacon. Cooked low and slow for two hours then into a foil boat for another hour with white wine vinegar, pinch of brown sugar, a splash of cider and lashings of butter. Finished off with Dirty Barbie and Son of a Peach bbq sauce (one of each). Absolutely banging 😋 #davegdesigns #bbq #angusandoink #bbqribs

Today has been a good day starting with a delivery

Today has been a good day starting with a delivery of @jdshothoney can’t wait to use these they taste amazing.

Then a trip to @polhill_garden_centre to grab some more rubs and sauce from @angusandoink

Picked up an amazing steak from the butchers

As well as some gorgeous pork chops

Freshly cut to 2” thick

Then home to prep the @cheftomkerridge Miso Mushroom Kebabs

Grilled to perfection on the @kamadojoeuk classic III

Little Cath took a dip in the bin (there’s a second fish there too somewhere)

As my beautifully amazing wife cleaned out the pond. All in all a productive day. Rest tomorrow I reckon but now to watch the football. Come on England 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

Seasoned some portobello mushrooms with my own SPG blend SWIPE =>

Finished off with a mixed Olive, sun blushed tomato and jalapeño salad. Absolutely banging and so juicy.
